Hi! I am Farisha, your Workplace Yogi. I assist businesses who care about their employees’ physical and mental wellbeing by bringing weekly 30-minute lunchtime yoga sessions to you at your workplace.

As a yogi with over 20 years personal practice experience, I highly recommend yoga practice for overall wellbeing. Having completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course accredited by Yoga Alliance (an internationally recognised professional organisation for yoga teachers), I am now able to share my knowledge and expertise with you all. As a member of Yoga Australia, I also maintain a current First Aid and CPR certificate as well as keeping up with continued professional development in the yoga industry.

The sessions I design are for all levels (even if you are new to yoga) and have plenty of stretching and gentle flow movements to help alleviate any stiffness from being at your desk and doing repetitive tasks all day. I look forward to you taking this 30 minute break to help rejuvenate your mind and body, practicing mindfulness, and simply appreciating and enhancing your mobility.
